/ 01   Mission

Reproducible biology, delivered as infrastructure.

Biological research generates more data every month than it used to in a decade. The bottleneck isn’t sequencing anymore — it’s turning that avalanche into trusted, rerunnable, comparable results.

We build PexMachina as the infrastructure layer for computational biology: a platform where pipelines are versioned, compute is elastic, provenance is automatic, and the same analysis run by anyone produces the same answer.
